Fees
Program
ANASAZI Foundation is a licensed and nationally accredited outdoor behavioral healthcare provider.
Program fees are as follows:
Included in the daily rate are all program costs/materials, individual and group therapy sessions,
enrollment for parents in a 12-hour (over two days) relationship workshop, and enrollment (for
one year following discharge) in ANASAZI Foundation’s Alumni Services program. The admission
fee covers a psychological evaluation and outfitting (clothing, one pair of hiking boots, and
gear) for 42 days.
If a student extends beyond 42 days, the program fee is reduced to $300 per day
($2,100 per week). Additional expenses related to the extension (e.g., for
clothing and/or gear) may apply.
Note: Admissions are accepted on a space-available basis every Friday, year-round.
Discharges occur on Thursdays. A minimum of $500 will be charged for admissions or
discharges which occur on non-scheduled days. (This fee may be higher if staffing,
transportation, and other related expenses exceed $500.)
Student Physical Examination
A physical exam is required within three (3) days prior to admission. The exam may
be completed by the family’s primary physician or ANASAZI’s contracted physician on
the day of admission. If you elect to have the exam completed on the day of admission,
there will be an additional charge for the physical of $171 for boys and $200 for girls.
Optional/Recommended Services
A recommended resource for parents is the year-long ANASAZI Way in Parenting coaching
course, which augments the lessons learned during the two-day parent seminar included
in the 42-day program. An in-depth and ongoing study of ANASAZI principles and practices,
this course is designed to help parents keep their ANASAZI experience alive to help
things go right at home.

Tuition: $1200 per person, per year
Tuition fees include a monthly parent group (via teleconference) and a monthly one-on-one
coaching call facilitated by an ANASAZI Way trainer.
INSURANCE
ANASAZI Foundation is a licensed and accredited Level II behavioral healthcare provider.
Insurance coverage is based on medical necessity, previous treatment received, and
appropriate placement of your child. An ANASAZI Foundation representative can help
verify possible benefits upon request. Fees that are expected to be covered by
insurance, even when pre-approved, are due upon admission. Reimbursement of these
fees occurs when payment is received from the insurance company.
LOANS
Student loans are an attractive option for many families. Reasonable interest
rates (amortization over 10-20 years) will allow families to finance their child’s
stay with low monthly payments. ANASAZI Foundation offers student loans through
Sallie Mae Financial ( www.slmeducationloans.com)
and through the Key Banks Achiever loan ( www.key.com/achieverloan).
Note: Pre-approval for these loans often occurs within 24-48 hours. The loans may
also cover travel and other ancillary expenses.
FINANCIAL AID
ANASAZI Foundation is a non-profit (501c3) organization. Many parents have exhausted
themselves financially trying to help a son or daughter in trouble. For this purpose,
funds are raised by ANASAZI through private and corporate donations, grants, and
special events. ( Click here if you would be interested in making a tax-deductible
donation to the ANASAZI Scholarship Fund.)
Financial aid may be awarded to those who qualify in the form of partial scholarships.
Scholarships are awarded based upon financial need and regardless of race, faith,
gender, or national origin. To be considered for a partial scholarship, you must
complete a scholarship application.
